Enjoy Beautiful open space with lots of windows and access to your own private deck. Heated floors for the Eugene cold. A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Please note that there is no kitchenette, just a mini fridge, kettle and coffee :)

Comfortable, well lit space with skylights and large windows. Enjoy a full bathroom with roomy shower. Floor heating keeps your feet warm in the winter. Private doors to the street as well as your own deck and access to the garden. Plenty of space for 2 guests. - Nothing fancy, modest & practical.

Enter using the door in front of the driveway. The other door goes to our other Airbnb - yard is fenced but motivated pups may be able to wiggle out.
