Minimal design, modest, kinda quirky. Located in the historical neighborhood of Eugene, just blocks from Hayward Field, exploring and finding things to enjoy is made easy. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There is a driveway for your car :)

The space
Cozy hardwood main areas with modern furniture and appliances. Fully stocked Kitchen is retro yellow and looks like a step into 1970. Second bedroom also has an office space. The house is in the heart of Eugene’s historic district on UO campus and 100meters from Hayward field. The area is full of restaurants and cafe’s as well to grab a bite or a cup
Guest access
This place shares a yard with another one of our Airbnb rentals. The yard is divided by a fence and our other rental allows dogs.
There is a basement bedroom, it's a bit rugged, but great for kids and/or privacy away from the upstairs guests.
* occasionally, our cleaners will need to use the basement laundry. Be aware between 11am - 3pm, we may briefly walk through the shared basement area to access the laundry.
Other things to note
* Parking space is suitable for two small cars back to back or one truck. Not appropriate for 2 large vehicles :(
